Key Responsibilities
- Perform mold changes on machines with a teammate, both installation and removal.
- Perform set-up of injection molds.
- Troubleshoot machine and mold complications.
- Perform maintenance and minor repairs on molds.
- Responsible for supplying own tools.
- Strong attention to detail and very safety oriented.
- Performs other tasks and projects as assigned.
- Leads by example and performs all job duties in accordance with The HC Companies values.
- Supports all company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Creates and maintains a safe work environment and enforces all safety rules.
- Support all company policies and procedures including 5S and focused work teams.
- Working knowledge of techniques, materials, tools and equipment used in machinery maintenance.
- Must possess good communication/interpersonal skills and get along well with others.
- Must have a good working knowledge of production processes with a mfg. environment.
- Must be able to work OT (overtime).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attendance record.
