Job Summary and Qualifications

• Responsible for a variety of duties within the finance departments as assigned.
• Coordinates a variety of Accounting related programs (Accounts Payable, SOX, Internal Control Checklist).
• Processes Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Maintains logs, reports and files as needed/requested.
• Assists with audits and annual inventory process.
• Attendance and being on time, ready to work your scheduled hours is an essential job function.

What qualifications you will need:

Education: Pursuing a college degree in Accounting or Finance.

Experience: Previous work experience preferred.

Special Skills/Qualifications: Microsoft Office, data entry, records maintenance, coordination skills.
