Job Summary and Qualifications

• Assists with physician rounding to ascertain plan of care for patients and provide update to patients
• Addresses patient/ family concerns/ satisfaction issues. Informing department leadership of concerns
• Maintains contact with supervising staff RN/CNC throughout the shift for updates on patient’s conditions
• Ensures hourly rounding of patients. Specifically targeting pain, toileting, placement, position.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN / LVN)
• Associate Degree, or Registered Nurse Diploma, or Vocational School Graduate
