Job Summary and Qualifications
The Nurse Manager for the ICU coordinates, facilitates, and/or performs nursing care on assigned unit, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration to improve patient care, patient care delivery, and patient outcomes. The Nurse Manager also provides clinical, educational, and research support to ensure that quality, cost-effective health care is provided. Other duties include planning, organizing and directing the activities of hospital personnel in patient-focused areas based upon nursing standards guided by the established policies, procedures and processes of Memorial Health Meadows Hospital.
What qualifications you will need:
- BSN required; MSN preferred
- 2 years of experience in acute care nursing required; 2 years of experience in leadership experience preferred
- Georgia RN license or compact state license required
- BCLS required
