Job Summary and Qualifications:

What You Will Do In This Role:

* You will be responsible for assisting the Operating Room staff in the optimal use of the computer system applications.

* You will be responsible for the integrity of the Operating Room module in both test and live for surgical or procedural documentation/scheduling.

* You will be responsible for the surgical revenue cycle; completes billing/charging on a daily basis, creating supply item add requests and reconciling ancillary charge reports.

* You will perform Produces cost reports and revenue reports for end-of-month reporting.

* You will help train all new employees on the use of the OR module and inform all involved staff and management of changes to the system and teach as needed.

What qualifications you will need:

* A minimum of 2 years’ experience implementing or managing an Operating Room scheduling/documentation system required.

* Must have advanced computer skills.

* 2 years of experience in Operating Room environment with knowledge of surgical procedures and supplies associated with those procedures required.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
