Job Summary and Qualifications
The RN Clinic Manager is responsible for assisting the Medical Director and the Director of PACE Operations in the supervision of the clinic team, assisting with the design and implementation of new initiatives and maintenance/oversight of such programs to improve the quality and reduce the total cost of care within the network, and other projects as they pertain to population health and care delivery across the PACE network. Manages flow of clinic leading all staff in provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring high quality standards. In collaboration with the Manager- PACE Operations has oversight of clinical responsibilities for the program guides in the Day Center including clinical education, training/observations, reporting requirements, and competency evaluation. As such, a broad range of skills is necessary in regards to management, informatics and also public relations as we interact with physicians and their staff as well as other healthcare providers and community agencies across the region.
Essential Accountabilities:
- Management of the PACE clinical staff.
- Comprehensive Medical and Social services delivered by team based decision making from the Interdisciplinary Team
- Informatics and Workflow Development.
- Care Management and Collaboration with networked providers.
- Member of the CarePartners PACE Leadership Team.
- Demonstrates standards of a Mission Health Professional Nurse who practices according to the Mission Health Guiding Principles

What qualifications you will need:
Required Educations: Bachelor of Science in Nursing OR enroll in a BSN or advanced degree program within 6 months AND obtain a BSN within 4 years of hire date into RN position. Previous signed BSN commitment letter OR grandfathering will be accepted between departments and Mission Health entities. Exemptions may be approved with CNO System Council approval.
Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Nursing or BSN with MBA or MHA
Required License/ Certifications:
- Must have and maintain current licensure as registered nurse with the North Carolina Board of Nursing. eNLC (Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact) license may apply, licensee should confirm with NCBON.
- BLS Healthcare Provider
Preferred License/ Certifications: National Nursing Certification in area of specialty
Required Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with the frail or elderly. 3 to 5 years relevant clinical management experience
Preferred Experience: Management, Informatics, Public Health, Managed Care
