Job Summary and Qualifications

Position Summary: Reporting to the Director of Client Success-Sourcing, this position is ultimately accountable for supporting multiple areas in the organization using standardized and custom analysis in service-related categories. The ideal candidate has a demonstrated ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, with an ability to manage both qualitative and quantitative analyses.

Position Details:

The Sr. Analyst, Purchased Services Analytics works side-by-side with our Client Success teams, hospital clients, and vendors to engage, review, and reduce/optimize the client’s purchased services expense. This position will also be responsible for RFP and business development related analytics that support the value-added services provided outside of Valify’s business technology.

Qualifications:

· Reviewing Purchased Services spend and producing data intelligence for RFP’s

· Assisting in creating eRFP’s in Valify’s Collaboration Suite

· Managing multiple client-specific bid processes and timelines for Purchased Services RFP’s

· Analyzing operational metrics/reports to identify operational improvement opportunities

· Identifying process improvement and operational optimization opportunities

· Performing quality assurance analysis for engagement clients

· Communicating progress towards project-specific goals and deliverables

· Assisting to identify, create, and implement operational and process Improvements

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree

· 5-7 years of Sourcing or Business Analytics experience

· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with other team members and partners

· Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, meticulous, and accurate

· Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks and manage workload based on project deadlines and priorities

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and/or Access

· Must live in the Dallas, TX area.
