Job Summary and Qualifications
The Senior IPS Analyst (Strategic Engagement) supports the strategic initiatives for all functional areas of the Information Protection & Security department. This includes, but is not limited to, the development of long term operational road maps, oversight of operational work efforts, creation of business cases for formal projects, and the creation, integration, and oversight of efficiency driven manual and automated workflow processes.
Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering, planning, scheduling, execution, scope management, requirements management, risk management, and status reporting for assigned work efforts
- Facilitate decision making across stakeholders based on changes to requirements
- Build effective relationships across stakeholders through regular interaction; manage internal and external conflicts
- Build customer trust and confidence through interaction and communication
- Effective identification and utilization of resources, networks, and dynamics through organizational awareness
- Understanding and integration of company/department goals into the strategy of assigned efforts
- Use functional/technical knowledge to support assigned efforts
- Engage in person and virtually with key stakeholders across HCA to develop/execute work plans and schedules
- Actively manage accountability across stakeholders; facilitate regular follow-up to ensure all assigned tasks have been completed fully and within set timeframes
- Lead problem solving efforts and escalate unresolved issues with team leadership as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:
- Bachelors degree
- 3 years of experience in Information Technology preferred
- 5 years of experience in project management/business analyst or equivalent role

- Strong background and experience using MS Project
- Experience with Agile project management and Agile software Preferred
