Job Summary and Qualifications

The Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the IP and OP therapies departments under the direction of the Administrative Director of Clinical Operations.

Responsibilities include staffing, orientation, training and educational in-services for employees; monitoring critical department-specific regulatory requirements and maintaining the safety management programs for both departments to promote and deliver optimal patient care.

The Manager will collaborate with senior management, medical staff, and department leaders to create a climate and structure that encourages staff to set and achieve goals in providing quality and cost-effective services to both internal and external customers.

Must have an understanding of the organization's mission, strategic plans and financial goals to evaluate, create and develop new programs that support the mission and strategic plans of the organization and the respective departments including but not limited to Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Services.

The manager will also perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein including patient care duties as directed.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor's Degree

Physical Therapy or Speech Therapy License

1-3 years of rehab experience
