Job Summary and Qualifications

To professionally and efficiently answer and connect all calls to the areas requested. To assist all incoming callers in a professional manner while assisting in the daily operations of the Telecommunications Department.

What qualifications you will need:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Switchboard training required.

• Minimum one-year experience in hospital telecommunications.

• Computer skills required.

• Ability to communicate with business, staff and patients in a professional manner.

• Ability to relay information accurately.

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).

Our services include trauma, burn, surgical, women's and children's services, behavioral health and diagnostic services. We have two full service free-standing ER facilities.
