Position Summary Associates in the Managed Services group have a great autonomy in managing their clients' expectations and their own activities. Managed Services Associates are responsible for: • Managing multiple projects simultaneously at disparate locations and time zones • Providing support for 5-10 clients in parallel • Building productive relationships with client counterparts • Acting as trusted advisor to his / her clients and continuously provide expert point of view on enhancements, roadmaps, best practices, process optimization, etc.) • Interacting with a distributed teams on each engagement, including onshore, near-shore and offshore resources • Planning and attending training programs on other areas to be able to address wider range of technologies / software. Qualifications At least 5 years’ experience with Hyperion Planning / PBCS / EPBCS and Essbase - At least 5 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users - Experience leading medium to large scale Hyperion Planning / PBCS implementation projects - Experience with Hyperion Planning and Hyperion Essbase in both development and administrative roles - Experience with automation scripts (MaxL) and integration of the full Hyperion suite. - Extensive knowledge of Excel, Essbase Spreadsheet Add-in and SmartView - Excellent written and communication skills - Extensive knowledge of financial process and functional processes - Essbase aggregate storage experience is a plus (ASO) The estimated base salary range for this job is $115,000 - $140,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $128,800 - $165,200. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
