Daytime, Night Shift and Weekend opportunities available, in-home and facility-basedAvailable 24 / 7 in the event of an emergency Responsibilities : Assist with personal care such as bathing, dressing, ambulation, and transfers Accompany clients to the grocery store, doctor appointments and pharmacy visitsAssisting client with active and passive mobility work defined by the plan of care, and documenting observed changes to the Director of NursingRequirements : One year experience in home care preferred Valid CPR Certificate Health Declaration and negative TB skin test within the last 12 monthsValid Driver's License and auto insurance with reliable vehicle Adhere to HIPPA and maintain client confidentialityMandatory CEU's Must be eligible status on AHCA level 2 background Negative drug screen and motor vehicle background screening Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectivelyMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push and pull.
Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
