**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely deliveries. **Responsibilities:** - Receive incoming shipments, verify contents, and ensure accurate documentation - Prepare outgoing shipments by packing items securely and selecting appropriate shipping methods - Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries - Maintain organized inventory storage areas - Inspect goods for damages or defects - Update shipment tracking information in the system - Communicate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status - Assist in resolving any shipping or receiving issues **Experience:** - Previous experience in a shipping and receiving role preferred - Knowledge of front desk operations and phone systems - Familiarity with computerized inventory systems - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively This position offers competitive pay and opportunities for growth within the company.
