Job Description
Role: Mortgage Business Analyst
Location: McLean, VA (Hybrid)
Type of hire: FTE
Job Responsibilities
1. Business analyst for large scale transformational projects
2. Work closely with the Product owner to refine requirements, create back log and write EPICS/Features and stories
3. Provide support in functional testing and ensure the product built meets the required standards
4. Work with multiple teams across the customer landscape during the whole process
5. Bring in industry best practices in mortgage domain to address customer’s pain points.
Experience
1. Vast experience in mortgage domain in the US Geography
2. Preferred experience around Single-family products and securitization of those products
3. Dynamic and energetic candidate with a flair for technology and digital business.
4. Excellent analytical skills and logical thinking
5. Self-starter and willing to stretch beyond limits.
6. Excellent leadership skills with ability to think and act independently in critical situations.
Salary : $100,000 - $120,000
