- Job Duties/Responsibilities: Installation, upgrading and administration of IBM FileNet P8 environments.
- Responsible for working with IBM on different issues and providing resolutions by raising PMR request.
- Responsible for documentation during the install/upgrade process.
- Provide subject matter expertise to customers and team members.
- Familiar with IBM deployment Manager.
- Familiar with CI/CD, release management Knowledge of IBM Content Manager (ICN) and Case Manager (ICM) Knowledge of Capture solutions such as IBM Datacap Knowledge of system monitoring tools such as Wily and Splunk.
- Experience with leading multiple small projects and providing troubleshooting support when required.
- Strong background in deploying and testing applications and products in different environments.
