Monitors financial status of unit
Implements financial controls to maintain profitability
Handles administration of roster and collects funds for prepaid meals
Organizes and manages stockroom and cold storage
Oversees employees professional growth plans
Attends meetings, special functions, in-services as required
Attends work daily and is engaged and on task
Maintains current ServSafe certification
Performs related work as assigned
