At Miller-Keystone Blood Center, we save lives every day by providing blood products to hospitals PA and NJ. This position supports the Blood Center by manufacturing a safe supply of blood and blood components to be used in our community hospitals. You never know when someone you love or yourself will need blood or platelets or any of the other products we provide.
This fixed site position is responsible for accurately screening donors, performing phlebotomy, monitoring donors and emergency care of donors. While this is "Fixed Site Position", interested employees must also be able and willing to travel to all fixed sites and mobiles.

Qualifications:
· Maintain Trima competency
· Excellent customer service skills
· Excellent Phlebotomy skills
· Low error rate
· Excellent attendance and performance records
· Ability and proven record to follow all MKBC SOP's and procedures

You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500.
