We are and independent RIA and provide holistic finanicial planning services to our clients, including; investment management, insurance planning, tax strategy, consulting and wealth planning.

We are seeking a Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agent to service a growing book of Personal & Commercial Lines clients. HDQ Wealth is an Independent Insurance Agency specializing in Property & Casualty, Life & Disability. We represent and work with many top carriers. You will also have the opportunity to transition or build your own book through new business and rounding out of existing accounts.

What you need

• Highly self-motivated and self-disciplined, must have the ability to work effectively and independently

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
• Resolve client inquiries and complaints
• Comply with insurance standards and regulations
• Other Administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in insurance
• Property & Casualty Insurance license required
• Strong negotiation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask

Compensation package includes base salary plus bonus and commissions. We support your Continuing Education and pursuit of professional designations if desired.

Pay: $36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
