Primary Responsibilities
HDR is looking for a Senior Construction Inspector to work as a member of our Florida CCC team. This is a great opportunity to work on fast-paced, short-duration projects within Florida. The Senior Inspector will primarily work independently on FDOT projects consisting of milling and resurfacing, bridge construction, signalization, earthwork operations, stripping operations, and final estimate preparation. They will interact on a daily basis with FDOT Project Administrators and other FDOT personnel. This a terrific opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in inspection with upward mobility and long-term employment with a fast-growing program and employee-owned company.

Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalency required
- Qualified candidates must be CTQP qualified for FDOT CEI projects
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction inspection; this must include at least 2 years of experience with roadway and/or bridge construction inspection
- The position will include some night, holiday, and weekend work, and qualified candidates must be willing to work as needed on these occasions

- CTQP Asphalt Roadway Levels I & II
- CTQP Earthwork Construction Inspection Level II
- CTQP Pile Driving Inspection

- FDOT Intermediate MOT
- Nuclear Radiation Safety, Florida Stormwater, Erosion, and Sedimentation Control Training and Certification Program for Inspectors and Contractors
