Primary Responsibilities
In the role of Texas Gulf Coast Industrial Oil & Gas Lead, we'll count on you to:
- Provide technical oversight and management of TX Gulf O&G Mechanical Engineering services.
- Collaborate with O&G delivery centers (Pooler, Chicago, Denver, Duluth, Pittsburgh) to work-share pipelines, facilities, and terminals projects.
- Assist with recruiting, integrating, and mentoring of pipelines, facilities and terminals production staff in TX-Gulf
- Participate in the execution of projects to further support successful completion and client development.
- Provide supervision of pipelines, facilities, and terminals production staff in TX-Gulf
- Serve as a Project Manager on Oil & Gas projects in TX-Gulf
- Provide oversight of sub-contracted Mechanical engineering services on TX-Gulf Oil & Gas projects
- Encourage and participate in business and community activities as representative of HDR. And perform other duties as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- PE in Mechanical Engineering
- A Minimum 10 years' experience, including leading execution and oversight of mechanical engineering efforts.
- Committed to quality, improvement and promoting company values at HDR.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Preference given to local candidates.
- Experience with executing engineering work on integrated delivery projects.
