We are expanding and looking for full-time Inside Sales Representatives to join our HDS Team. We are a growing, fast paced promotional product, corporate apparel, and print distributor ranked as one of the top 50 distributors in the US with offices in, Pittsburgh, Cleveland, Cincinnati, Kansas City, Phoenix, & Portland. We have immediate openings for professional Inside Sales Representatives in our Pittsburgh and Cleveland locations.

We are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, a flair for organizational skills and takes great pride in their work! MAJOR FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBLITIES
- Work on a Sales Team within the HDS Sales Department
- Understand the entire sales process, CRM system, and procedures.
- Build, secure, and expand relationships with assigned accounts
- Develop Solutions for assigned account’s needs
- Develop & Create New Opportunities from assigned accounts.
- Develop & Execute business plans focused on specific account projects such as tradeshows, recruiting events, internal events, and special projects, etc.
- Develop & Execute selling campaigns for the assigned account(s).
- Provide assigned accounts with Quotes, Proposals, and Presentations for specific opportunities as needed.
- Work with the Program Department to merchandise Company Store Programs.
- Travel as needed to assigned account(s) locations for client presentations and team sales meetings.
- New Business Development Activities as assigned to the Sales Team
- Additional responsibilities as assigned to the HDS Sales team
Compensation: Salary plus Bonus Commensurate with Experience.
