Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assists in the preparation and execution of STRAP and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes
- Prepares monthly, quarterly and YTD Customer Business Teams (CBT) reports
- Assists in the preparation of quarterly Board of Directors slides
- Validates product level reporting between ERP systems and OneStream
- Provides analysis and insight for key financial drivers and metrics
- Conducts revenue variance analyses against AOP, actuals, prior year and prior forecasts
- Manages the overall flow of data into the SIOP Forecast Model
- Assists with data gathering for the weekly SIOP meetings with Product Line Leaders, planning personnel, and plant managers
- Prepares the monthly SIOP report out information to the Leadership Team and participates in the monthly forecast meetings
- Prepares weekly and monthly bookings and backlog updates to the Leadership Team
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:
- BS in Accounting or related field; MBA or CPA is a plus
- 5-8 years of progressive financial analysis experience in a manufacturing environment
- Previous financial modeling development/enhancement experience required
- Prior experience with Government/Defense Contractor preferred
- Proficient or working knowledge with OneStream and SAP preferred
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and continually evolving business environment
