Essential Duties:
- Proficiency with ERP systems including data creation and ERP execution, knowledge of SAP a plus
- Responsible for releasing work orders to Production, and kit requests to Inventory
- Ensures material flow and production activity are aligned
- Plans sequence of fabrication, paint, assembly and other manufacturing operations for timely execution of production orders
- Key User for ERP system; Confirm accuracy of pertinent data in the company ERP system
- Collaborates with stakeholders on lead times, planning items and any related elements
- Performs root cause analysis activities related to planning
- Provides delivery lead time estimates to customer service for new quotes as needed
- Meets with the Operations team as needed to discuss schedule
- Determines capacity planning/staffing requirements needed to achieve the production requirements and the schedules
- Reviews processes for continuous improvement opportunities
- Supports other projects and performs duties as assigned
- Track production variance to plan, and identify the causes for any deviations
- Sets up routings, lead-times and material offsets.
- Sets up, maintains and assigns operations for Production and Project Bills of Material.
Education/Experience/Other Skills & Abilities:

Associates degree in business or related discipline preferred or equivalent education/relevant experience required.

2 years working with broad/deep scheduling and planning
