Licensed Lash Artist/Esthetician
To perform exceptional Lash/Esthetics services to our guests. To become an expert in the spa industry. To contribute to the team environment in a positive and helpful way. Practice the business principles of tracking and planning and investment of downtime.
Key Areas:
- Performing services, developing skills and assisting others - 70% of time
- Business development - 10% of time
- Client care - 10% of time
- Tracking & planning - 5 % of time
- Sanitation - 5% of time
Education/Experience/Tools:
- Valid CA Esthetician License
- 1 Yr as Lash Artist
- All tools and products to perform services are provided by salon
Skills/Knowledge/Ability:
- Strong communication abilities
- Ability to learn tracking formulas
- Strive to deliver exceptional customer service
- Sales driven
- A love to show gratitude to the guests and community
- Proficient or willingness to learn and use your social media for business purposes
- Some computer skills
Performing Services/Developing Skills/Assisting Others:
- Perform all services that your license covers
- Develop skills that you aren't comfortable with
- Make retail and pre-book offerings to the guests
- Preform maintenance/homecare regimen instructions to guests
- Use daily travelers
- Step in and help co-workers as needed
- Use company's service standards
Business Development:
- Use social media as a way to showcase your work
- Network your services to recruit new guests
- Handout digital referral cards
- Cross promote coworkers
- Attend all salon/spa meetings
- Attend all in-salon education in your department
- Support special events and giveback programs
Client Care:
- 1 hour of client care time weekly
- Wake up calls
- Thank you card and/or call back to all new guests
- High-end service call backs
- Reach out to missing guests
Tracking and Planning:
- Always have at least one week planned in your tracker
- Look up history of retail, last visit, and additional services
- Add up your day before and after to track growth
- Plan downtime
- Use Summit Planner
Sanitation:
- Keep your station clean at all times
- Remove paperwork and all items from your work area before you leave
- Complete daily sanitation duty
- Sanitize tools and equipment used before you leave every day
- Complete weekly sanitation

Pay: $38,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
