Responsibilities

- Consult with Hiring Managers to understand specific performance results desired for each role, developing performance profiles to rely upon during the hiring process (sourcing and recruiting, interviews, feedback sessions, and final selection) to lead the team toward making effective and practical hiring decisions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing strategies using all available resources to identify, attract, and retain talent.
- Ensures overall network health for assigned market(s) through on-going network development and provider acquisition and relations.
- Screens, qualifies, and prioritizes candidates. Present and calibrate a pipeline of qualified and diverse candidates with hiring managers and senior leaders.
- Serve as a host the primary point of contact or liaison for candidates throughout the interviewing process ensuring they have an exceptional candidate experience.
- Engage hiring managers through the hiring process to provide routine updates and timely communication on progress and results.
- Negotiates with candidates and external resources to comply with existing compensation structure.
- Establish strong relationships and develop credibility among hiring mangers as a consultative partner who understands their markets, business needs, position requirements, and anticipated vacancies.
- Assist with delivery of projects related to recruitment initiative.
- Assist in the development of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
- Continually build talent pools to solve future business needs with a focus on specific patterns of performance to identify candidates who will deliver high quality performance and results.
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
Experience
- 2–4 years of relevant experience
- Must possess a thorough understanding of relevant laws and guiding principles regarding the recruitment processes
- Proven history of successful recruitment support
- Must have prior experience with résumé screening and communication with applicants
- Experience working in an applicant tracking system is a plus
- Excellent organizational/time-management and multitasking skills
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Superb attention to detail
- Highly professional and able to maintain tact and confidentiality at all times
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Superior written and verbal communications skills
