As our Office Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing and training office personnel
- Conducting treatment plan interviews and utilizing financial tools for optimal acceptance
- Utilizing dental software systems effectively
- Implementing marketing strategies to attract new patients
- Efficient scheduling to maximize productivity and patient flow
- Overseeing administrative tasks such as supply ordering and inventory management
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in the dental profession, with at least 3 years in an office management role
- Education background in dentistry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school degree required; additional education is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
