Front Desk Receptionist / Clinical Assistant

Healing Elephant Acupunture and Wellness Clinic is a world class healing environment that supports the recovery and maintenance of health & wellness to the people of Miami Shores and surrounding communities.

We’re looking for a Rockstar Front Desk/Clinical Assistant to support a busy, multifaceted, patient-centered integrative medicine clinic.

The tasks and responsibilities of this position will vary from week to week and would involve everything from basic admin duties and scheduling patients to assisting in hands-on patient care and more mundane duties like clinic cleaning upkeep. Your vocabulary doesn’t include “that is not my job.”Nothing great was ever built alone.

You should be a skilled and adaptable problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is autonomous, can follow directions with ease and might be considered a jill-of-all-trades as this role and its tasks are ever-changing. You love people and find real joy in laughing and socializing with patients, making them feel like the only person in the room. You are authentic, outgoing and ready to commit to the long haul.

• A minimum of 30 hours per week, flexible daytime schedule with major holiday off (weekends optional)
• 30, 60 and 90 day reviews with performance-based raises.
• Starting pay: $15/hour.
