Healing Hearts Home Care is seeking a dynamic and driven, entry level Team Builder who will

play a pivotal role in recruiting, onboarding, training, and retaining a dedicated caregiving team.

This role is centered on building a team that aligns with our mission and core values, with the

intentional outcome of cultivating a diverse, proficient, and motivated team. The goal is to

consistently deliver top-tier care to our clients while nurturing a positive and growth-centric

work environment. The Team Builder will also support the office team with delegated tasks,

including scheduling and ensuring client satisfaction through consistent service delivery.

Responsibilities :

Conduct daily calls to potential candidates expressing interest in joining Healing Hearts

Home Care.

Oversee the interview process to evaluate the suitability of caregiver candidates.

Organize orientation sessions for all new hires, ensuring a seamless onboarding

experience.

Engage, enroll, and equip new hires, transforming them into valuable team members.

Elevate team morale and employee satisfaction through purposeful interactions.

Play a central role in employee retention by fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Monitor and evaluate team member satisfaction via interviews and surveys.

Ensure strict adherence to local, state, and federal caregiver regulations.

Maintain a robust link between employee satisfaction and client satisfaction metrics.

Assist / schedule team in the field, in collaboration with the Care Coordinator, ensuring all

shifts are filled, including participation in on-call duties and filling open shifts as needed.

Seamlessly transition from office to field as directed and needed.

Qualifications :

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

3 years experience in an environment parallel or higher to home care

Driver's license and insured vehicle

Availability will be flexible to support the team- some evenings / weekends as needed

Ability to foster a positive and collaborative team environment.

Flexibility to transition between office and field roles as needed.
