Minimum Salary Range Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Providing Leadership In The Delivery Of Human Resources (Hr) Capability Serving As A Strategic Hr Consultant With Emphasis In Supporting The Creation And Implementation Of The Divisions* Workforce Plans. Acting As A Change Advocate To Help Facilitate Hr/Business Related Change And Cultural Transformation Across Assigned Divisions; And For Working With The Hr Centers Of Expertise (Coe*S) To Define Required Supporting Workforce And Hr Strategies For The Assigned Divisions. Responsibilities JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor Degree with 8 years of relevant experience or 10 years of relevant experience * Management experience preferred in addition to leadership, team building, coaching and counseling skills * Hands-on experience in at least two HR disciplines * Strategic thinker * Relationship building * Strong oral/written communications * Project Management Skills * Analytical Skills * Consultation, networking, verbal, written and interpersonal communications.
