Minimum Salary Range Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Strategy Development And Implementation Of Strategy And Initiatives In Value Based Care, Pay For Performance Programs And The Development Of Financial Model Platforms For Value Based Programs. This Position Is Also Responsible For Developing/Setting Strategic Direction For Significant Network Development Initiatives And Program Presentation To The Market On Value Based Care Manage Communications For Teams And Across Designated Network Management/Contracting Departments. Develop Programs, Processes And Tools. Ensure Teams Meet/Exceed Goals, Objectives And Have Successful Outcomes On The Delivery Of Initiatives. Responsibilities JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Bachelor Degree and 10 years managed care experience at the health plan level or hospital/health system level, including direct responsibility for strategic network and financial management operations * 5 years management experience including oversight of management/upper management, developing strategies and oversight of implementation of strategies. Leadership skills to lead team and drive results by working across departments. * Experience and knowledge in provider innovation development activities to develop strategies, drive successful implementation and drive innovation. * Experience with complex managed care concepts in a matrix management environment. * Experience developing solutions/systems * Analytical skills * Experience with project management involving multi-functional team members. * Experience in interacting and influencing diverse interest groups including providers, regulators, other health plans, members and staff. * Knowledge of State and Federal laws and regulations. * Knowledge of network management trends and innovations * Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills including interpersonal and presentation skills.. * Experience with the insurance environment including trends in philosophy, theory, and applications concerning all products and services. *CA #LI-BP1 #LI-HYBRID We encourage people of all backgrounds and experiences to apply.
