Job Summary This position is responsible for managing, developing and maintaining harmonious working relationships with assigned providers; assigning responsibilities to team members; and training, counseling, and other supervisory responsibilities. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s and 5 years related experience OR 9 years of related experience At least 1 year in a management/leadership capacity Verbal and written communication skills to interact with all levels of corporate personnel and assigned providers. Demonstrated analytical abilities and proficient planning skills; negotiation skills; and ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Team player/people oriented. Ability and willingness to travel PREFERRED JOB REQUIREMENTS: Strong Medicaid managed care experience Knowledge of provider data management systems ie.
