Job Summary
As the Mid-Level senior analyst - this role combines all within the Production Support and Issue Analyst and performs higher severity/priority work. The Sr. Analyst is responsible for performing troubleshooting/triage of all submitted production issues, identifying scope of impact, implementing mitigation, requesting remediation, establishing the criticality of issues, and submitting qualifying issues for funding consideration. They acts as a lead and mentor for peers; fields procedural questions and concerns, evaluates and maintains standard operating procedure document(s), guides peers and management for issue triage and resolution concerns, reviews analyst deliverables and performs internal training. Point of contact for day-to-day critical inquiries, escalations, and other procedural subject matter expert related questions or updates. Ensures escalated issue procedures are followed and escalations are driven appropriately across teams.Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor degree and 3 years of Production Support experience OR 5 years of Production Support experience.
Experience with project planning and/or claims processing.
Progressive Production Support experience with multiple large and/or complex project scope in a cross-functional environment.
Knowledge of best practices and internal or external business issues to improve products or services.
Experience solving complex problems and taking a new perspective using existing solutions.
Knowledge of project delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Optimized Waterfall, etc).
Customer service and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Jenkins, HP ALM OC (Application Lifecycle Management – Quality Center), etc.
Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.
PC proficiency to include Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Health insurance industry experience.
Proficiency in JIRA & QTest testing tools
Claims processing experience.
Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid
This is a Flex position requiring you to come in office 3 days a week with 2 days work from home. Wednesdays are a mandatory in-office day.

Base Pay Range
$53,500.00 - $118,100.00Salary : $53,500 - $118,100
