Job SummaryThis position is responsible for supporting the strategies and implementing targeted interventions for New Mexico Medicaid populations to improve health and outcomes. This position is responsible for leading population health analysis, ensuring alignment and integration across functional areas in support of divisional strategies, and ensuring consistency and efficiency of major, complex, and strategic cross-divisional and enterprise-wide projects and initiatives from inception to completion in support of our New Mexico Medicaid population health strategy. Provides oversight & coordination of project teams, resources, and budget to implement performance improvement projects or initiatives according to dynamic and critical timelines. Interacts with all levels of management including senior management. Supports the prioritization of transformational program activities and tracks progress to goals.Please note: This is a hybrid role and will work in the office three days a week.
