Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated SNF/LTC travel Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a 13 week contract for 36 or 48 hours per week (3x12s or 4x12s). Weekly pay noted is for 36 hours. To be considered for this position, you MUST reside more than 50 miles from the facility.
Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and care planning
- Provide patient education on various health conditions
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license to practice in Alabama
- Basic life support certification
- 2 years of LPN experience, with previous experience in an acute care setting a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
