Vice President, Residential Services

Well established organization in S. Florida is seeking a Vice President, Residential Services. This individual will work with our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality and efficient care.

The Vice President, Residential Services will develop strategic business objectives, policies and plans for the Company’s Residential treatment service operations. This position will provide leadership and is accountable for developing, maintaining, and improving critical operational processes that drive and maintain quality services and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement transformative clinical and business operation strategies
• Provides regular onsite reviews of all assigned residential treatment facilities to ensure quality patient care and staff support needs are met
• Plan, direct, coordinate and oversee operational activities across multiple residential treatment facilities
• Responsible for meeting volume, FTE and financial targets for each assigned residential treatment facility
• Collaborates with the leadership of the business line to develop and meet the goals of the residential treatment services division
• Identifies, recommends and implements new processes and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes
• Reviews and approves cost control reports, cost estimates and staffing requirements for assigned residential treatment facilities
• Apply quality improvement principles and processes to all aspects of operations
• Review statistical reports and financial statements to determine progress and implement improvement plans where indicated
• Provides leadership and direction to assigned facility managers, overseeing and supervising their performance
• Prepares and submits monthly operations reports (MORs) that summarize the clinical and operational performance of assigned residential treatment facilities
• Ensures all compliance and regulatory requirements are met in each assigned residential treatment facility
• Develop and maintain a sound plan of organization
• Develop a comprehensive management contingency plan that provides organization stability

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in a related field highly preferred
• Eight (8) years management experience in a healthcare setting, within a residential treatment facility specific to addictions and/or behavioral health
• Eight (8 ) years’ experience in building, leading, and managing effective teams
• Strong knowledge on current drug abuse and treatment information – specifically the current trends in Opioid Maintenance Treatment
• Solid understanding of operations, reporting and forecasting
• Demonstrated success in building high performing operating teams
• Ability to handle complex situations, conflicts and issues
• Strategic thinker, experienced leader toward common goals
• Ability to drive change, influence individuals at all levels of the organization, and build consensus
