Intake Coordinator Winston Salem, NC

The mission of Pinnacle Family Services is to build relationships that enhance lives and support healthy families. We are COA accredited and located throughout the state of NC providing services to children, adolescents, and families. 

What Will I Be Doing?

As an Intake Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following tasks for the office: 

• Process and track referrals
• Assist in assigning cases to staff
• Review and assign clinical documentation
• Complete assessments and necessary documentation
• Participate in PQI and strategic planning

Qualifications:

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is not required but preferred
• 2-years full time documented child mental health experience post-human services Bachelor's level OR 1-year full time documented child mental health experience post human services Master's level required.
• Access to reliable transportation adhering to all NC Division of Motor Vehicle laws (current vehicle registration, vehicle insurance, and driver’s license). required.
