What will I be doing?
- Supervise the development and operations of programs and services for a given geographical area.
- Perform liaison functions with referring agencies.
- Responsible for personnel, financial, and program management functions, as well as daily operations.
- Ensure all licensure, payer and accreditation regulations and standards are met in your region.

- Successful staff exhibit knowledge of expanded principles of program development, fiscal management, personnel policies and practices.
- Demonstrates expertise and knowledge of the principles and practices of clinical services and their effective supervision.
- Ability to model best practices in leadership with staff, including but not limited to active listening, effective communication, professional boundaries, time management, and collaboration.
- Ability to evaluate, execute and follow through with well- reasoned decisions that promote the professional integrity of HCA.
Qualifications:
- A master's degree in human services discipline, including, but not limited to Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, etc.
- Licensed or License-eligible within the state of Virginia.
- 5 years of experience working with children and families in the in-home/community-based environment.
- 2 years of supervisory experience.
Pay Range: $60,000-$65,000, based on experience.
