In this role, you will:
Conduct and develop analysis, providing financial modeling, contract negotiation proposals to review with contract managers
Direct, coordinate, and/or develop evaluation and financial reporting standards for internal and external reports
Coordinate, prepare and perform analyses to assist in the development of the recommendation of pricing, trending, and/or provider reimbursement and/or strategies
Develop reporting tools to enable operational leaders to monitor performance metrics according to contractual specifications
Present effectively to internal business partners on analytics/reports/presentations that are critical for to demonstrate the value of various interventions for specified population compared to like cohort
Requires a bachelor’s degree with at least a minor in mathematics, statistics, or equivalent business experience
Requires at least 5 years of experience in Health Care (managed care, academic, or gov't payer)
Demonstrated proficiency in SQL or SAS, advanced preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
