The Health Program Administrator (HPA) will provide administrative, fiscal, and programmatic support within the Wadsworth Center's New Scotland Avenue Administration office. The HPA will be responsible for a variety of tasks including but not limited to developing and monitoring expenditure plans and budgets; reviewing complex purchase requisitions for compliance with NYS Finance Law and agency policies and appropriateness within the programs’ budget plans; processing of SFS, credit card, and contractual purchases and monthly credit card reconciliations; facilitate tracking of purchases; facilitate the execution of contractual agreements; perform personnel related tasks including the preparation of waiver requests, position descriptions, tenure and promotion packages; provide oversight, monitor, and provide guidance and technical assistance to program staff and other appropriate related duties as assigned.
