Opportunity :
We are currently looking for a seasoned Executive Assistant with a strong entrepreneurial-style drive to support the CEO and CFO, as well as provide occasional support to other key members within the office. We need a self starter who will be responsible for managing multiple calendars and schedules, arranging conference calls and meetings, receiving visitors, preparing reports and presentations, arrange travel, screen, organize and answer executive’s email and messages, help plan and organize company events, and assist in completing market research and special projects. Duties will also include basic office management, such as making copies, keeping certain office areas clean, organized and maintained etc.
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to understand and anticipate management needs and expectations
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Successfully manage multiple projects and priorities
- Able to assist in personal tasks for the executives in order to maximize their business time (such as picking up lunch, dry cleaning, personal travel etc.)
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Project management/coordination experience
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and online retail is a plus
Position Requirements:
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- 2 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- 1 experience with travel arrangement
- Proficient in Google Docs and/or Microsoft Office

Salary: $34,500 depending on experience and qualifications. Room for advancement.

Pay: $30,500.00 - $38,200.00 per year
