The Central Arkansas Veterans Healthcare System (CAVHS), near the beautiful Ozark Mountains, is seeking a full-time MD/DO Hematology Oncology Chief. Previous leadership experience preferred. Little Rock is the capital city of Arkansas, located in the central part of the state. Little Rock has earned a reputation as The Natural State! It is a wonderful place to live. This is just base pay, there are additional incentives and performance incentives bringing the total to approximately $450,000 per year.
Starting At: 350000.0 Annually
Up To: 375000.0 Annually
Highlights Of This Opportunity
- Potential starting base salary range: $375,000-$400,000
- Amazing Retirement pension and retiree health benefits for life.
- Daily work schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm;
- 1 day per week in clinic
- 3-4 days per week in the EP lab
- Paid Time Off: Total of 50–55 days per year
- No Physician Employment Contract, you can moonlight or work in other facilities as long as you do not treat veterans there.
- Financial incentives, such as recruitment, and relocation, and Education Debt reduction of up to $200K.
- Malpractice tail coverage provided
