Job Description

Supplemental Health Care is working with a Rehab facility in Barre, Vermont to hire LVNs. For more than 30 years, we’ve specialized in helping nurses find the assignments that best fit their current needs and long-term career goals. Whether you’re just starting out or a veteran RN, we’d love to get to know you and talk about the options that are available.

LVN Contract Details

• $1,460 – $1,608 per week*
• 12-week contract with possibility of extension
• Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer and record prescribed medications
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

Requirements

• Current Vermont Nursing License
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience
