POSITION SUMMARY
Provide administrative support services to all departments in scope. This will include, but not be limited to, the full lifecycle of financial and operational analysis, data analysis to identify and quantify opportunities to enhance financial and operational standardization and being a functional lead in developing, maintaining, and improving the overall financial management workflow strategy with leaders. Function as a liaison and internal assistance for procure-to-pay process, vendor repository maintenance and overall vendor relationship management including event management, oversight of departmental policies and procedure compliance, administrative process improvement, associate career pathing, and departmental communications.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Review daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual processes necessary for accurate reporting for all administrative services for all department in scope. Make changes or recommendations as necessary to maintain the integrity of reporting.
2. Ensure accuracy, integrity, quality, and timelines of all reporting and deliverables provided to internal and external customers.
3. Create, document, maintain and improve repeatable processes required to be successful in this position.
4. Proactively communicate with internal and external customers to further objectives, coordinate the flow of information from department leaders to other departments, and meet due dates.
5. Explain financial reporting content in detail, assist in result interpretation, and make recommendations to further refine deliverables.
6. Support leadership in the development of capital and operational forecasts.
7. Establish responsible deadlines and prioritize work plans.
8. Participate in providing gap analyses, highlighting current state, future state, operational needs, and best practices.
9. Prepare analysis of variance reports to monitor expenses, perform cost benefit analysis for new requests and identify and develop initiatives to continually drive down operational costs.
10. Escalate issues (ex. Data integrity, key dates, contract, process related, etc.) to leadership as appropriate and make recommendations for resolutions and improvement to department operations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education\: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.

Work Experience\: Three years in healthcare, business, finance, or IT
