JOB TITLE: Practice Manager, Sexual and Reproductive Health Services
LOCATION: Hyannis, Sexual & Reproductive Health Services
HOURS: Full time, some evenings required
SALARY: $85,000/Annual

OVERVIEW: Under the supervision of the Regional Director of Sexual and Reproductive Health Services, the Practice Manager is responsible for ensuring the provision of client centered, trauma-informed, low-barrier services, particularly for people disproportionately impacted by poor health outcomes, including those with low incomes, unhoused individuals, people with substance use disorders or mental health concerns, victims and survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking; immigrants, LGBTQIA individuals, and youth by:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in health-related field and at least 3 years managing a clinical, behavioral, or health program. A commitment to and passion for Health Imperatives’ mission and values. Maintain flexible schedule to meet program needs including some evenings and/or occasional weekends. Strong organizational flexible schedule to meet program needs including some evenings and/or occasional weekends. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work successfully in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience working with diverse populations and ability to demonstrate cultural humility. Reliable transportation.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bilingual; medical assistant experience; experience with eCW electronic record system.
