We are currently looking for a high energy, compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill a Part-Time or Per Diem Licensed Hospice Home Health Aide HHA position. In this essential position, you will work closely with our Hospice Director of Nursing, clinical staff, and front office team to ensure coordinated patient care and provide support to our exceptional team of healthcare professionals, while providing assistance in daily living and personal care services in patients homes in accordance with an established care plan in The San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities
- Perform personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, etc.)
- Assist with ambulation, transfers, range of motion
- Meeting safety needs of patients and using medical equipment safely
- Skin care to prevent breakdown of tissue
- Take vital signs
Skills
- Proven working experience as home health aide
- Ability to monitor vital signs and to collect specimens
- Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards
- Proficiency in English
- Nursing and health care administration skills
- Caring and compassionate personality
- Current CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Valid driver’s licence
- High school degree

Requirements
- Valid HHA License with the State of California (will not accept HCA or CNA license)
- Valid Driver License
- Reliable Transportation
- Flexibility to cover 15-25 mile radius
- Minimum 1 year of HHA or caregiving experience
- Proof of Covid 19 Vaccination
- First Aid and CPR Certification
- High School Degree
