Product Manager

Position:

HRS is looking for a Product leader who is excited to drive products that support and enhance the lives of thousands of healthcare workers and patients each day. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with engineering, designers, marketing, customer success, sales and directly with customers to help guide features and capabilities from conception to launch. You'll guide products throughout the execution cycle, and focus specifically on analyzing, promoting, positioning, and tailoring our solutions to our users and our markets. Additionally, you will partner closely with other PMs to develop processes, product requirements, and conduct customer and market research to build out roadmaps and product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Translate ideas into strategy and features and follow product development processes from start to finish.
• Collaborate with our Product team on strategy and roadmap creation and execution for the product(s) you work on
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Make creative recommendations to expand product base, vision, and grow our business.
• Manage and drive a prioritized product backlog and collaborate daily with our engineering team to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams by working closely with Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, Quality Assurance, Tech Support and Marketing teams to suggest product enhancements to improve user experience.
• Partner closely with engineering and UX to develop detailed and actionable epics and stories.
• Be the voice of the client: collaborate with our clients and users to attain a deep understanding of their needs and wants and use this knowledge to create and execute go-to-market strategy for our products that engage and excite all users.
• Collect and evaluate internal stakeholder & user feedback and improvement areas to identify new feature opportunities that will guide our roadmap.
• Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market gaps.
• Monitor and report on users’ reactions and usage post launch.
• Track product KPIs and analyze user data to evaluate product efforts.
• As a Product expert you’ll perform product demos, trainings, and evangelize the roadmap internally and for clients.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of proven experience as a Product Management or similar role
• Experience building and supporting an end user product and product lifecycle management.
• Curious critical thinker that gets excited about finding creative solutions to problems
• Experience working with development and UX.
• Experience with agile methodologies
• Outstanding organization and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Passionate team player who is dedicated to the growth and development of the company, product, team, and individual.
• Healthcare experience a plus, sense of humor is a must!
