HRS is looking to add a Technical Project Manager to our Product Management Team. Our ideal candidate is someone who has previous experience working cross-functionally and can maintain project momentum. We are looking for someone who can manage the full product lifecycle and communicate effectively to all contributing teams.
This is a full-time position based in Hoboken, NJ.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage the project management process for Electronic Medical Record (EMR) integrations with current EMR partners and document development requirements for each integration.
- Work with Client Success Managers to determine the appropriate priorities to ensure all EMR projects are completed on schedule and that the requirements are clearly documented.
- Record and prioritize any EMR bugs.
- Identify, prioritize and define requirements for EMR integrations with new EMR vendors. Work with development resources to identify and document standards for new integrations.
- Ability to motivate and maintain project momentum. Ensure that projects are completed on time with a high level of customer/business satisfaction
- Manage timelines for new major product feature launches working with product management and other internal stakeholders
- Generate status and summary reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments
- Manage risks and issues
What we’re looking for
- Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related discipline
- 2 years project management experience working with cross-functional teams
- Ability to understand technical details
- Previous experience with EMR systems is a strong plus, including knowledge of HL7 and FHIR standards
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrable success at project delivery
- Delivery of both short-term and long-term projects
- Must be a team-player with the ability to work within a collaborative environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types
- Ability to understand technical issues at a high level
- Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Proven ability to work independently with limited supervision and cross organizational boundaries
