Based in Eagle, ID we are a fast growing company with operations in six different States.
We are looking for an Executive Assistant who can tackle problems in operations, new location build-out, travel planning, marketing, etc. who has knowledge of large sales operations.

Executive Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Help conserve the executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; and constantly identifying areas where executives are not focused or delivering against their objectives and be proactive in taking over responsibilities where you able to. This will be in business areas as well as personal.
- Maintain executives' appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
- Welcome guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, and answering or directing inquiries.
- Preparing reports by collecting and analyzing information in the Microsoft Office Suite of products, including but not limited to, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, and Outlook 365.
- Representing the executive by attending meetings in the executives' absence and speaking for the executives.
- Maintaining customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
- Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff and following up on results.
- Securing information by completing database backups.
- Providing historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems and recording meeting discussions.
- Maintaining office supply inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; and verifying receipt of supplies.
- Ensuring operation of equipment in all the offices by arranging preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer’s instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories; and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Three to five years of administrative experience
- Three to five years of executive assistant experience
- Experience managing multiple calendars
