Description
Under the direction of the Outreach Manager, this position will have oversight of the company’s social media and other on-line applications. They will also be responsible for design and appropriate audience messaging. Approximately, 20% of this position’s time will be dedicated to assisting with community events and post event evaluation.
Job Duties:
Oversight and maintenance of the company’s social media and other on-line applications. Including, but not limited to: Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Google, etc.
Create relevant content that supports Health West brand recognition and messaging that is on-line application specific and maintains the highest of professionalism
Monitor on-line discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry and provide feedback to Outreach Manager
Run social media and other on-line campaigns
Maintain a social media content calendar to stay organized across all social media channels in order to meet predetermined marketing campaigns that support the overall direction of the Health West strategic plan
Create content that educates and engages the audience
Explore new ways to engage and identify new social networks to reach target audiences
Assist with tracking, measuring, and analyzing social media ROI
Assist with the design of brochures, postcards, promotional material, other published communications pieces as well as internal documents, and reports.
Assist with coordination of outreach events
Assist with the development of outreach plans and opportunity assessment.
Participate in outreach events that include, but are not limited to: parades, health fairs, community events, etc.
Other duties as assigned by the Outreach Manager Additional Responsibilities:
Must be able and willing to travel as needed, have dependable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance

Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive data.
Adhere to organizational and department specific safety standards and guidelines.
Work collaboratively with other departments
Demonstrate exceptional customer service and interact effectively with physicians, patients, visitors, staff, and the broader health care community.
Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
High school graduate (or GED)
One-year experience in content development and oversite of social media platforms
Experience with design of social media ads, brochures, flyers, and other promotional materials
Ability to speak effectively before groups and actively engage the general public
Willingness to work some weekends and/or evenings for community events
