Our East Coast Client is seeking a Cerner Clinical Consultant with Managerial skills for a 6 month contract.
Responsibilities:
• Establishes and communicates team goals that support and advance organizational, site and client objectives.
• Delivers consistent and timely guidance and feedback to promote associate success and growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities.
• Partners with client in governance processes, making recommendations for roadmap items and assuring alignment of EHR with client's organizational goals and initiative.
• Assures team carries out clinical informatic project responsibilities for new implementations.
• Assures team actively participates in Clinical Informatics Community activities.
• Communicates with executive leadership/department heads.
